The Engineering College is situated in Tiruchirappalli (Trichy) which is culturally rich with many Temples (Srirangam temple, Rock Fort etc.,) and tourist Spots (Mukkombu). The College is nearest to Trichy (Tiruchirappalli) city which is 6km from Bus stand and Railwaystation, Thiru N. Nallusamy B.A. B.L, Former Minister, Govt of Tamil Nadu is our Chairman of Cauvery College of Engineering & Technology, Trichy. With his rich experience in education, social and public work running our college in successful manner. The college is managed by the Rana Educational Trust which engages in various health and charitable programmes /activities. The College is keen to boost lot of deprived students from the poor sections of society in this semi urban/rural area. The college encourages both faculty and students to participate in conferences, seminars, workshops, Industrial visits, symposia, in-plant training in various industries, quiz etc. Dedicated and dynamic staff members are at the service of our college to develop the students technical talents.
