UPESEAT counselling procedure 2023  

Candidates can check various steps comprises UPESEAT counselling 2023 from here. 

• In the first stage, a candidate has to complete UPES BTech counselling registration by filling up the required details. 
• After successful registration, a candidate will get the call for participation in the counselling based on the merit list. 
• Candidates will have to report the counselling venue of UPESEAT on the prescribed date and time. 
• Carry all the required documents in original as well as xerox copy at the counselling venue for verification. 
• Post document verification, candidates will have to give the preference of the courses for admission. 
• Candidates will get the seat according to his/her merit. 
• Once, the UPESEAT seat allotment is done, candidates will have to make payment of the tuition fee and other fees for the completion of the admission process. 

UPESEAT 2023 counselling – Important points 

• UPES counselling will be conducted in offline mode. 
• Candidates will have to reach to the UPESEAT counselling venue for the completion of the admission formalities. 
• UPES will fill eighty per cent of the seats based on the UPESEAT merit list 2023 and the remaining twenty per cent of the seats will be filled based on JEE Main Result and Board result. 
• Candidates of Uttarakhand will have to show the domicile certificate to claim the seat reservation. 

Important Dates :

Candidates are advised to check the eligibility criteria before filling the UPESEAT application form 2023. Apart from UPESEAT entrance exam, applicants can also apply for admission through JEE Main Score Card and class 12th marks. UPESEAT 2023 application fee is INR 1,300. Candidates should fill in only the correct details in UPESEAT application form. To appear for the exam, applicants have to fill the application form of UPES Dehradun 2023 before the last date.  UPESEAT Application Fee 2023 
After filling all the details in the application form, applicants have to pay the UPESEAT exam application fee. The application fee of UPESEAT is INR 1350 for all candidates. Applicants will be able to complete the UPESEAT application fee payment through credit/debit card, UPI, internet banking and others.

UPESEAT'23 Applications Open :

Step 1: Entering the Personal Details 

• On the “Apply” page, a candidate has to fill in First Name, Middle Name, Last Name, Mobile Number, Email ID, Date of Birth. After filling all details, candidates need to select their Nationality, Program, and Application mode. 
• After that click on the “Next” button to proceed further. The candidate will receive an OTP on the registered mobile number. 
• Enter the OTP and then click on the “Submit” button. 
• After successful UPESEAT registration 2023, an email of successful enrollment will be shared on the registered email id which will have the Application Number, User Name, and Password. 

Step 2: Filling the Educational Details 

• In the second step of the UPESEAT 2023 application form process, applicants have to fill academic details of Class 10th (Percentage/CGPA), Class 12th (Percentage/CGPA), Marks (Marks in Percentage, PCM/PCB Percentage), Name of the School and others. 
• After filling in all the information in UPES application form, applicants are advised to review all the details once and then click on the “Next” button. It will take the candidate to the fee payment page. 

Step 3: UPES Application Fee Payment 

• A candidate has to pay an amount of INR 1,350/- as the UPESEAT application fee. 
• Payment can be made through Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, and Pay U. 
• There is no provision for paying the application fee offline. 

Step 4: Final submission of UPES Application Form 2023 

• In the last step, candidates need to upload the scanned images of required documents and review all the details filled in the UPESEAT registration form.  
• Take the printout of the filled-in application form of UPESEAT 2023 for future reference.
