This is affirmation with the commitment of the Constitution makers who did not hesitate to guarantee educational rights especially for the minority communities under Article 30 of the Constitution, realizing quite faithfully that people belonging to such communities are deprived of requisite educational standards to attain status analogous to their brethren draws from other communities.
