The professional nurse plays role as a client advocate, an educator, a team leader and accountable for providing quality acre for those who are under his/her care. The nursing job requires adaptability to the schedule, taking up instructions, working in a team, even working in odd hours and making appropriate observations and render care priority wise. The word NURSING came from the word :nutritious" which came from the word cherish, to protect, to support , to sustain, to train, to educated and to supply with things essential for growth. Ms Florence Nightingale (1820-1910) made emphasis on the preparation of individual who can care for sick and promote health of individual and society. In order to promote this noble profession and prepare better nurses for service of mankind, BINS was established.
