Ammain Arakkattalai Educational Trust for Human Resoruce Development, started on Institution near Coimbatore town in 1995 as per Central & Strate Government trust act. Its motto is social welfare through formal/non-formal and vocational education. It has formulated a series of General knowledge, awareness and aptitude test to motivate the students for better prepared career development and counselling. Nairs Teacher Training Institute is one of the Professional Training Institution. It is located in a serene atmosphere nearly 8 km from Coimbatore city. The trust has close linkage with various Central and State Government departments for imparting Vocationale education. National Institute of open shooling under Ministry of Human Resource Development, Govt of India, National Council for Vocational Studies (NCVS) under Ministry of HRD & Empowerment, Tamilnadu State departments are some of these which have linkage with the trust. The Nairs Teacher Training Institute is run by Ammain Arakkattalai Educational Trust is a permanent member of National Welfare Trust, Govt. Of India, Constituted by the Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment. The trust also co-operated with Nehru Yuvakendra, Tourism Department, Red Cross Society of India, etc., The trust is taking and implementing a lot of projects for the development of poor people and backward students in the society. Hostel facilites are available separately for boys and girls. The Institute is a well furnished institution. It has arranged a sufficent playgorund, well furnished Educationsl Technology lab, class rooms, seminar hall, library, etc., A well experienced faculty of teachers are handling the classes
