Lr Institute of Legal Studies

The L.R. Institute of Legal Studies has been established to impart quality legal education in the form of a five year law course after the 10+2 stage. The Institute is governed by the statutes/ordinances applicable to the five year Law course of the Himachal Pradesh University, Shimla. The Institute is the creation of the Lala Lilu Ram Educational Trust (Regd.), Head Office: Nissing (Karnal). The Institute is dedicated to the service of the people of Himachal Pradesh as well as other parts of the country. The Institute intends to impart legal education by adopting scientific teaching and laying stress on clinical legal education as well. The campus of the Institute is presently located in Village ? Jabli-Kyar (Sultanpur Road) PO: Oachghat, which is at a distance of 8 Kms from the Main Solan city, Via Rajgarh Road. The Institute was the first in the state to start this 5 year B.A. LL.B. (Hons) course. This year we will be admitting the nineth batch of students to this course. The Institute has also a Job Placement Cell so as to help deserving students in seeking jobs in the public/private sector
