Bhargava Degree College

To uplift the status of higher level of education in Samba, Jammu, the chairman of Smt. Rattna Devi Gopal Dass Memorial Trust, Shri Prakash Sharma established Bhargava Degree College in the year 2001. The college aimed to fulfil the dreams of aspiring candidates who want to pursue higher education.
