The Glocal University, School of Agricultural Sciences was established in the year 2014 in the foot hills of Shivalik Range and spread over 900 acres agricultural land with beautiful campus, to achieve excellence and relevance in education, technology, development dissemination and knowledge management in Agriculture, Horticulture and Forestry The mission of the School of Agricultural Sciences is to improve the quality of life of people, especially the rural masses dependent upon agriculture, through quality human resource development for efficient, effective and gainful utilization of productive resources, leading to knowledge led agrarian transformation and sustainable development of agriculture, horticulture and forestry for addressing food security, nutritional adequacy, employment opportunity and eco-environment concerns.
