The Trust has already acquired land measuring 24 Kanal on long term lease of 99 years on Bilaspur Sadhaura Road, Marwa Kalan, Yamuna Nagar. This village is coming up as an educational hub. A number of Technical Colleges viz. Engineering College, Ayurvedic College, Polytechnic College, College of Nursing, Pharmacy College, College of Management and an Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology are coming up in the close vicinity of the proposed college. This way the proposed location is in the centre of educational institutional area. A modern, environmental friendly building with covered area of more than 17000 SFt. is being constructed on the above land. The building has been designed by M/s Aggarwal Associates, Architects and Planners who have a great deal of experience in Educational buildings. M/s Lakhan Singh and Associates are the main contractors for the building.
