The college was established in July19, 1969 by a great philanthropist late Seth Kalyan Dass Ji Jain of Haily Mandi of District Gurgaon in Haryana in memory of his son late Shri Satish Chand Ji Jain. It is a teacher's training college and running B.Ed. two-year regular course with an intake of 50 pupil-teachers.
