Wanless College of Nursing

The Wanless Hospital, Miraj Medical Centre, Miraj, which reflects 115 years of healing and hope since its existence, has earned a name for the high quality of its nursing services reflecting the background of an excellent nursing education rendered by the College of Nursing run by the establishment. The College of Nursing, Wanless Hospital, Miraj, is renowned world-wide as is obvious by the thousands of ex-graduates employed in various responsible capacities in countries at home and abroad. From its inception in 1929 till date, the College runs the General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) programme, and from 1979 it started the P.B.B.Sc Nursing programme. The Basic B.Sc. Nursing programme commenced from 2005. We look forward in faith and confidence to add one more feather in our academic cap to commencing the M.Sc.Nursing programme very shortly.
