The General Educational Eligibility for entering this course is Bachelor Degree of Education, from any Recognized University with Mathematics as Compulsory Subjects. This Course is about the study of Aims, Objectives, Instruction Planning, Utilization of Different Skills, various Methods and Resource for Teaching Mathematics / Statistics. This course offers the knowledge of Mathematics / Statistics - Meaning, Nature & Scope, Need & Significance of Teaching Mathematics / Statistics Fundamentals, Philosophical Perspectives of Education, Research Methods in Education, Planning for Instructions, Designing of Lesson Plan, Educational Administration and Preparation of Model Lesson Plans. The other contents that are offered during the course include the methods of Teaching Mathematics, Lecture Method, Demonstration Method, Project Method, Teaching Learning Processes, E-learning, Curriculum Development, Formation of Mathematics Clubs, etc. with variability of the Institution offering the Course.
