The General Educational Eligibility for entering this course is Higher Secondary (10+2) from any Recognized Board with Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics / Computer Science as Compulsory Subjects. This Course study is about the Principles, Procedures & Practices involved in Planning, Designing & Constructing Buildings or Any other Structure. The Course usually comprised of learning about the Sustainable Architecture Theory & Principles, Architectural Design, Building Construction & Materials, Building Materials, Structural Design, Architectural Design Theory, Building Services, Landscape Designing, Ecological Planning and Construction Management. The other contents that are offered during the course study includes Energy Efficient Architecture, Infrastructure Planning,  Surveying, Regional Planning, Acoustics, Interior Design, Town Planning, Architectural Conservation, Industrial Architecture, Intelligent Buildings, Disaster Mitigation, Foundation Design,  etc. with variability of the Institution offering the Course.
