This ITI course trains prospective instructors and new to be instructors with appropriate knowledge and skills in instructional knowledge and technology. To make them competent enough to transfer knowledge and skill under different D&GT schemes. It further enhances instructor competencies of potential instructors in preparation and employability of teaching aids and further handling of audio-visual aids. The overall experience during this course is positive and helps in their capacity building from the ground up. These candidates once fully trained in teaching methodologies become ready to further train the future generation through their instinctive methods and hard earned knowledge. They may find work in other training institutes as instructors or even other ITI's. Courses include syllabus analyzing methods, process of instructional design, course outline, time management, Question & various questioning techniques, communication, white board or chalk board practice, micro teaching methods and much more.
