Kannada Sangha?s Kaveri College of Science and Commerce

Kannada Sangha?s Kaveri College of Arts, Science and Commerce is recognized by the State Government and affiliated to the prestigious University of Pune. This is an unaided college bearing the status of minority institution. The parent body of the college, ?Kannada Sangha? forayed into the field of education five decades ago. After establishing the brand KAVERI in Pre-Primary, Primary, Secondary and Junior College, the Sangha has started shaping the Kaveri College of Science and Commerce to make it one of the best Senior Colleges in Pune. Founded in 2005, with Bachelor of Commerce course (affiliated to University of Pune) the college added Science faculty in the year 2007-08 with Bachelor of Science (Comp. Sci.). In addition to this, in the same academic year three under-graduate courses affiliated to University of Pune, namely, Bachelor of Business Administration, Bachelor of Computer Application and Bachelor of Business Management (International Business) were added. In the year 2011, one post graduate course, namely Master of Science (Comp. Sci.) was added.Our vision is ?Excellence in Education,? and we believe that the only way to achieve it is by providing the students quality education, excellent facilities and offering numerous opportunities for holistic and all round development. In addition to this, we give impetus on exposing the students with real life application of the theoretical knowledge and we encourage Industry- Institute interaction to keep the students abreast with global changes.At Kaveri, a student plays an important role in the Teaching- Learning process where he partners and is actively involved. We promote a student-centered approach that provides a healthy environment to learning.
