Sinha Institute of Business Management, Ranchi, was established in 1978 under Satyendra Narayan Sinha Educational Trust for conducting MBA, MCA, PGDM, BBA, BCA Degree programmes and PhD Management Studies. The Institute is located in the heart of the capital of Jharkhand State at Ranchi, Surrounded by subsidiaries of Coal India, Asia's biggest Engineering Industry-Heavy Engineering Corporation Ltd , India's biggest Design Consultant-MECON Ltd and Steel Industries-Bokaro Steel Plant at Bokaro & Tata Steel at Jamshedpur. The Institute is approved by AICTE (All India Council for Technical Education , Govt. of India) for conducting MBA,PGDM and PhD in Management Studies. The Institute is also conducting Short term courses in various management disciplines.
